Terrence Monte - Director/Actor
Terrence made his professional debut on the Shawnee stage in 2006, and now he has been given the opportunity to make his directorial debut on the same stage. He received his M.F.A. in Performance from the University of Iowa in 2006. Shawnee audiences will remember Terrence from such favorite roles as Fritz Fangful in I Only Have Fangs for You, Benedick in Much Ado, the fairy godmother in Cinderella Waltz, and the title character in The Nerd. Terrence is a company member of the Knightsbridge Theatre and the National American Shakespeare Company. He will next be seen on stage in The Untitled Word Project in Los Angeles. Terrence would like to dedicate The Diviners to his mother Regina, who inspires courage in everything she touches.
